In 2018, SOLSTAR AQUA Sp. z o.o. launched a research and development project focused on innovative, modular, and energy-independent floating structures of the HOUSEBOAT type, designed for year-round use.

As a result of these R&D efforts, a one-of-a-kind product was created — unmatched worldwide in its size, stability, and buoyancy — that can be transported using container systems. The use of materials such as composites, aluminum, and polyester laminate enhances moisture resistance, significantly extending the durability of the structure compared to competing products that use wood.

In 2022, after several years of experience with innovative floating units like houseboats, the capital group SOLSTAR took another ambitious step in expanding its business. It introduced an autonomous hotel on the water — a unique project combining luxury, modern technology, and sustainability.

The premiere of this exceptional facility took place at the prestigious Boat Show Dubai, where the hotel received significant interest and recognition within the industry.
